ReplyFlow does two jobs most tools split between a marketing platform and a tired human. First it writes and sends your lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse-abandon, win-back. Then it watches the replies those flows pull in, reads the intent behind each one, and drafts an on-brand answer in seconds.

Why does deliverability come before clever copy?

A perfect flow that lands in spam earns nothing. Since February 2024, anyone sending 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail or Yahoo addresses must authenticate with SPF and DKIM, publish a DMARC record at minimum p=none, and keep the From header aligned. ReplyFlow sets these up and monitors them. GlockApps found fully authenticated domains place 2.7 times more mail in the inbox than unauthenticated ones.

Enforcement got sharper. Gmail wants your spam-complaint rate under 0.10%; cross 0.30% and rejection starts, and since November 2025 those are permanent 5xx bounces, not soft retries. Microsoft began the same permanent rejections in May 2025. One-click unsubscribe per RFC 8058 is mandatory with a 48-hour processing window. Apple Mail Privacy Protection auto-fires open pixels for roughly 49% of clients, so ReplyFlow leans on clicks and conversions as the honest signals.

Why run outbound and inbound from one system?
